Like everybody else, I headcanon MK as a trans man! I also think Red Son as doesn't really 'get' human's perception of gender, which makes him an enby by definition. They're not 'a boy' or 'a girl'; she's a demon!

I also tend to use the pronouns for them that the LMK storyboard director stated that they use; with MK using he/they and Red Son using any pronouns canonically, according to said crew member.
